1983DJM@gmail.com |
David was a California high school champion sprinter and is now a body builder and power lifter. He studied kinesiology in college and has over six years of experience as a trainer. "There are 3 things that affect our ability to gain strong and toned bodies. They are nutrition, cardio exercise, and muscle toning. Starting a toning program that focuses on adding muscle tone to problem areas will get you in the best shape of your life because adding muscle tone to our bodies reverses the process of a slowing metabolism as we age. With my guidance, you can make basic nutritional changes, learn how to perform cardio optimally, and start an individualized toning program that will transform your body.
